Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Order Cancellation before initiation of implementation: You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as we have not started the implementation of the product for you or not shared the product license.


2. Order Cancellation after implementation: Once the product implementation has been done, we have already invested substantial amount of money in various things like training, hosting, storage, API licensing and implemenation man-hours. Keeping everything in perspective, only 10% of the annual order value can be returned back to the customer.


3. How to cancel: Please contact our Customer Support team immediately via email at [support@thetacoresystems.com] or call us at our support phone number. If your cancellation is successful, we will send you an email confirmation and return the eligible funds within 10 business days.
