Skydd is a browser extension/addon that can be installed from Chrome web store and/or Microsoft Edge store and is compatible with most of the browsers (Chrome Engine based) except FireFox.

After adding the extenstion to the browser, you will see a screen for the settings. Create a unique string/Password and use your email address to store this combination in encrypted format. Do not share this information with anyone. These are your credentials for making any changes to the safe list. Next, create the safe list by adding website names. Your browser is now ready to enforce this list while browsing.

Tip: Disable the extension if you are using the same browser and enable it for the usage by the kids.
