Skydd (Secure Kid)

Skydd is a browser add-on/extension that is designed to protect your kid's privacy and safety. Features for BASIC/FREE version with no strings attached and no data collection from your browser:

• Allows you to create a list of safe websites; except this list everything is blocked in that browser.
• Control the total browsing time window and switch 'ON'/'OFF' the internet browsing permission.

Features for PREMIUM version (annual subscription):
If your are curious what is your kid browsing and searching on internet, you can have access to raw urls (browsing history) and the searched keywords. It can also send email notification when your kid searches taboo/restricted keywords. These keywords will be different for different people and you create your list for your monitoring. So, you will have total control of this list and notifications. It can be updated any number of times as per your need and you will be able to control settings remotely away from home computer. To support these features, we will be storing the browsing history and searched keywords anonymously and not link it to any of your personal information. Your login information will be encrypted in the database.
