Our support services are categories in two broad sections: HelpDesk and FAQs
Support HelpDesk is available to all the customers of our products who have bought subscription.
On the HelpDesk, you can raise an issue related to our products or website by creating a support ticket and track its progress till the issue is resolved.
FAQs are provided as a ready reference to the most frequently encountered
issues which may help the other customer facing similar/same issue. Therefore, it is
recommended that you take a look at the FAQs before creating a support ticket.
